Hey, I have a 97 EX Coupe with a D16Y7 swapped into it (it was a salvage build). I heard that putting a D15 head onto it would give me an extra 100 hp. Is that legit?

 

Definitely not 100hp, hoping that was a typo on your side.

 

Yeah, that's what I meant, but I didn't think it was legit. Man, I knew it was too good to be true. Is the mod still worth it? I can most likely get the part for $150

 

Describe "worth it" to you. No one else can tell if something is worth it or not.

I wouldn't bother with swapping new heads on a single cam. Throw a turbo on it or swap it out if you want to get anywhere near "real" power.
