d16y8 reinforcing need help!

k i got a d16y8-turbo need help on reenforcing the engine would like suggestions on what products are really good. not looking for 2nd hand or brand products looking for quality parts.

So we're talking forged internals here? Can never go wrong with Eagle rods and unless your pushing 400whp you can toss in Vitara pistons. ACL bearings

Its a great idea to pick up a brand new oil pump, and bore out the ports a bit to get more oil flowing through the motor. Run a search here and on Honda-Tech for a DIY.

Trust me, spun bearings suck [:@]
