Oh I'm not arguing that they don't have rubber in the pulley to absorb vibrations, but the bottom end is pretty much balanced from the factory...

I for one have had an underdrive pulley from UR on my previous car( 89 crx si) and my current a 99 civic ex has the whole set and I have had no issues with either as far as damaging my engine in any way shape or form that I can tell. Just my two cents.
