d16y8: what's the best cam? what's the best piston/rod/crank setup?

alright, after perusing the boards and looking around online a bit, i have seen a general concensus that the d16y8 engine doesn't take well to mods that put it over the 200 hp mark. supposedly, a set of forged pistons and rods and maybe a crank can fix that. so, does anyone know who makes the strongest set of pistons and rods for this engine? and what about the crank? is it OK for say about 300 hp or less?

keep in mind that here in cali it is illegal to alter your compression and or displacement (if you are going to keep it on the street), so the internals have to give the same numbers as stock, they just need to be stronger.

also, who makes the best cam, especially if you plan on FI at some point? i just want good power all across the board, not necessarily focusing on just torque or high end.
