Like internal wise or what is the mane thing that mess up on the from high miles. I also don't really want to do a engine swap, but i was think about just getting a D15B and add all the top end part off the engine and put it on my D16y8 engine. Can Anyone help me PLEASE

as long as its running ok, you dont need to worry. hondas are known to go way more than twice that many miles. change the oil regularly, and get a tune up done, and it should be fine.

if honda is known for anything (other than its cars's tunability...it seems like honda had engine swapping in mind when they started getting big) its their reliability. i wonder who has the honda with the most (confirmed) miles on it

if your that concerned about your engine then get it rebuilt and happily watch your meter legally roll down to 000000. aside from that, to build a great engine youd need good sleeves and rebuilt engine parts anyways
