The thing that in the machine shop that worth 25 buck it tu cut a little bit of the head work ..you know where the valvles are. Is that port polish rigth?? or what port polish is??

 

You're talking about the right thing. Porting is honing out the runners that lead to the valves.

a good port and polish would normally run at least 500 bucks. so either he doesn't do a good job or he doesn't know what a port and polish is.(the mechanic that is)

i wouldn't lose $25 plus parts for that. you could prolly get the stuff and do it yourself and get better results.
