Engine Cleaner....best for my baby
 

Ok, so what's the best product to clean the enging compartment. I've let my baby go bad and I need help fast. Northeast winters aren't very good for the engine, too much road salt....com' on guys let me know the secrets...

at work we have some stuff called "green stuff". it works great. just make sure not to get it on the paint. all you do is squirt it on, rinse it off.

go to pep boys or autozone and get engine degreaser......the citrus crap works well.........go to a self serve car wash by ur house and clean it there BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!COVER UR DISTRUBUTOR AND ANY WIRES U SEE>>........use plastic wrap......then spray the stuff on the motor.......let it soak in for 10-15 mins and then use the hi presure nozzle theyve got.........u dont wanna do it @ ur house cuz theres mad grease and stuff and it makes a big mess on the ground. I did that to my motor and it looks brand new......then u can paint ur valve cover and it looks pretty sharp....definetly a nice improvement........its nice to have a clean motor too cuz if u get any leaks u can identify where theyre comin from rite away.

I use Gunk engine detail and the green stuff to scrub it clean. Then i just use my garden hose and spray it off and now its like new.

ya but if u let that stuff soak in and the POWERWASH it.........believe me ull get results....i could eat out of my engine bay.
