When im at idle there RPM's fluxuate theyll go p and down up and down what could it be?

Its the idle Air Control Valve. They work off of anti-freeze so check ur radiator for leaks or if its just possibly low. If those are kosher then you can take the IAC off and clean the screen in it. It could have carbon build up on it. If its still bad then replace the IAC you can get one on ebay for around 30 bucks at the parts store there $250.

looks like i found the problem did the tune up turns out the previous owner never changed the spark plugs and the oil was very black and a lil sludgy but after the tune up ran like a champ and was idling perfect

some people. geez. it would drive me crazy to know that i am overdue on my maintenance stuff. that guy just sells the car. thats why if you buy a used car, do a big tune-up first thing. glad you got it fixed though.

yah just got it this week my first honda in the family so im totally cluless ive had an old truck for 2 years and needed a daily driver / gas saver so when i saw it knew i had to have it
