maybe... where do you live? If you live in a place where the inspections are really strict (*cough* California *cough*), you won't pass with an engine older than your car. You'll need an engine from a car that is 2000 or newer, and is also OBD-II. If you live in a place where they're not that strict, you can probably get away with it. alright and it says its the complete change over so i dont need anymore parts just the tools and it doesnt matter that the engine is for a 88-91 and i got a 00
