hey im new to imports i just bought a 1995 honda civic dx five speed 110k mi 1000 and i knew it didnt have the 1.6l vtec motor and i was wondering how big of a pain it would be to do an engine swap for that motorand all of the parts i would need (ecu, mounts,.etc...)or do you have any other ideas like a b18 a or b but i would like to keep the motor kind of cheap and not so expensive or did a make a bad deal i know i got agreat price i can sell it for a bit more money.

 

there are lots of posts for doing this swap, just do a quick search, i know a few things you will need, motor, harness and ecu. if i am not mistaken the mounts are the same on the dseries motors, as well as the trannys and axels but i could be wrong.
