Default engine swap advice?

Hey guys and gals, Im new to the forum and this is my first post. I just picked up a 95 civic coupe dx and I love the car to death, however it is non vtec and has a sohc 1.5L I am going to keep the car no matter what and I would like to do an engine swap. I drive 200ks a day to and from work so fuel economy is some what of a factor, Any suggestions on a replacment motor? and how much work may be involved?
Ty in advance

definitely any swap you are gonna do will decrease decrease fuel economy (unless you became the first to swap in a weaker engine from a cx or something lol), but if the extra power/fun factor is worth it to you then swap away. The various b16's and b18's are popular but you have alot of options, most of which have been discussed, just search the forum and you'll find tons on engine swaps (there might even be a sticky, i dont remember)
