Hello guys, I'm new here and am concidering purchasing my first Honda. I am currently looking at a '98 with a manual trans. I want the sportiest engine for this year. Can one of you experts here let me know if the engine listed in the VIN code is the sportiest one:

P.S. What is the expected HP ? I heard it should be around 127?

Dude, get on the horn and make an initial bid to at least let them know you are interested. Maybe they'll hold it for you.

Well I got back in town from vacation this past Tues the 5th. They sold the car on the 4th [:@]. I'll keep looking! But I will hold out for a EX model with the VTEC!

Or look for a SiR model......they have 160HP.
