F20 vs. K20

Hi, Like the subject says. Which is the best out of the two? I have seen both in action in youtube but I would like to hear from the more knowledgeable people and what better place than this one. Please feel free to bash on the one you dislike and why.

in what aspect are you asking? both motors have great head flow, but the k20 is a far superior platform. the only major difference is the lift mechanism in the k20's head that's not in the F series.

isn't the f-series vtec more for economy than power?

not really, the f-series vtec provides a substantial boost in power, but the k20's head flow is giant compared to the f series.

oh alright, that makes sense. i just now thought about it but its kinda like how the d16y5 has VTEC-E, but its still more powerful than the d16y7 non-vtec. just not as powerful as the y8.
