failed the emissions today becuase of my CARBON MONOXIDE was to high... any suggestion before i take it back for the re test? could it be the air/fuel ratio and it running rich?>

take out the vacuum pump line running from/to fuel rail. basically the tube that you would use to seafoam a car. friend works at the inspection station. after retest emissions dropped by at least 200% rating

i fail the test two but it was because the person who own the car before took the catalitic out and the emision drope as soon as i got in so check that out

try a new cat, or blowing out the carbon in your engine.

your car may have too high a compression, too, if the engine was swapped.
