Default Freakin out...

I just got my Hondata Intake Manifold Heatshield Gasket in the mail today. Unfortunetly, I think its going to be a hassel to get someone to put it in, (a lot of money and time). Are these things what Im thinking or is it easier than I think. Because for one, I dont really want to spend $200+ to put that thing in and to waste gas to drive 30 minutes to the guys house. Am I wrong? or is it easier

my Haynes manual has a step-by-step removal/installation of just about everything including the Intake Manifold, i suggest getting one for yourself and DIY

It's not really that hard to do the swap, just a messy, somewhat irritating process. The hardest part will be the 2+ hours of scraping the stock one off the manifold and head. You have to get all that stuff off before you put the new gasket in and bolt down the IM, or else you'll never get a good enough seal.

I highly suggest going to your local parts store and picking up some Gasket Remover
