RE: FREE HORSE POWER!!!!!!
i would suggest a professional port and polish first of all....and second, if u bored it out 1", ur manifold would prolly be very very thin and prolly a unsafe...

RE: FREE HORSE POWER!!!!!!
you can get up to 15 horses for free but it depends how big you intake manifold is I think he means mm instead of inches, but then you would still need your t/b port matching to the manifold and they can only be done a few mm before the metal becomes to thin. |
RE: FREE HORSE POWER!!!!!!
LOL, i'm sure you can take a foot and a half off your IM. If there was a trick to making easy HP, the manufactures would already be doing it b/c it would help thier sales. And it isn't free b/c you would have to pay a machine shop to bore you IM for you.

RE: FREE HORSE POWER!!!!!!
well, you're not suppose to do that unless you get your head bored out to. otherwise you are going to mess up the air/fuel mixture, unless you feed more fuel. i'm sure it would do a difference but not as good as it should be. you can just bore your exhaust side of your head to the same size as your headers.
