Fuel Managent Unit + AEM Cam

I have an AEM True Time cam gear, and i have read other posts about a fuel management unit being almost mandatory for the new cam. I have noticed a little bit of low-end power gain, but i'm sure a fuel management unit would help alot. I looked on Ebay[&:] and this is about all i could find for a "Fuel Mangement Unit".

Is this what i need? The description says it's for Turboed cars only, but it's the only fuel managemnt unit i could find. Anyone know what to think?
