Please clarify the problem. Is it that your headlights dim only when you are traveling 120 mph? Do you regularly drive this fast?

Dimming of your lights may indicate a faulty alternator or loose/slipping belt. Fuse 22 protects the circuit for your left headlight.

...I'm just recap-ing what you're saying: your spedometer isn't backlit in the region beyond 120 mph? In addition to that, your front left head light doesn't work?

In your first post, it sounded like your lights stopped working when you drove faster than 120 mph

Sounds like you need to replace the bulb behind the speedometer in the gauge assembly. These pictures should help:

what you're describing sounds like two separate problems. There's 2 bulbs behind your spedometer, and it sounds like you need to replace one of them. See RonJ's pics above for that.

I believe your headlight bulb is loose, dying, or dead. It's most likely not a fuse because you said it went on and off for a while. That points towards a loose connection to me. Vibration from your driving could've shaken an electrical connection loose and eventually disconnect it. I'd try a new bulb in the headlight first to see if that works.
