Getting a new head put on, Timing belt change needed?

I'm planning on putting a new y5 head on my hx, and I was wondering if I have to change the timing belt along with putting the new head in. Timing belt only has like 5000 miles on it. Thanks guys.

Why go through the trouble of putting on another non-vtec head? Find a z6 head and do it right; and then you will have to change the timing belt.
