Default Going with a regrind soon

Yeah, I'm going to get an extra HX cam to send it out and get it reground. Anybody know the best place to have this done? Do I need to get springs or retainers? I'm not looking to turbo it, so is there anything else I should do while the engine is open? Just looking for alittle more power and the engine to be built a bit. Allready got the cam gear in there, would advancing it or retarding it be better?

Having the HX cam re-ground will not help because the head itself cant really flow any more. I'd say go with a y7 head and a delta 272 cam
