230whp in a b16a doesn't need a build
anyway, turbo kit looks good.
if you're building, definitely get eagle rods, get arp rod bolts, idk about pistons, and also get arp head studs
P.S. ITR and CTR aren't brands, ITR means integra type R (B18C5) and CTR means civic type R (B16B)
anyway, turbo kit looks good.

so you think i should be okay with the stock internals to boost on 6lbs for a daily driver?
anyone know a good site for prices on fuel components/turbo timers/boost control?

Well, 6lbs doesn't really mean anything at all. Different size turbos need different amounts of boost to make the same power. It depends what turbo you are using.
Instead, make your goals based on WHP. I don't know off the top of my head the stock internals limit of a B16, but I know it's higher than 230
get a name brand turbo timer and harness from ebay
for injectors search honda-tech's marketplace, they're always selling them
walbro fuel pump kit on ebay
boost controllers can be found on honda-tech too
