good engine build? or??

Not my first time on a forum and I did use search. Now i am new to civics.. I am looking at buying one with a built gsr engine.. It has intake with high flow exhaust. 12:1 forged compression pistons fully balanced to 9000 rpm light weight fly wheel stage 2 clutch factory gsr p72 ecu obd1 with jumper harness.. now I'm new to this so any info please? Is it a good build? What could be added Header I'm sure and a tune.. but what else? Or is this build even safe at that compresion? Thanks for the help!l

Tune should be first. I like the Hondata S300 system.

You can add cams and N/A stuff, but at 12:1 just forget about boosting. You can run nitrous, too if you would like, but I am not a fan of that stuff at all.

theres your answer, Newbie2000ex

Anyways, OP, I can't believe the car is even RUNNING with compression that high and a stock ECU. Surely its got a chipped ecu or something. And with all that work being done to it, surely he's not still running a stock GSR header? I mean, it just seems kinda weird that the engine has all those expensive things done to it, yet it hasn't been tuned and its still running a stock header. Do you know the seller? I would be weary of this purchase if I were you. Perhaps ask for receipts?
