get a chip and it can be elmiminated
i got the superchips microtuner on my stang and eliminated the top speed limiter. have yet to test it [sm=smiley19.gif]but they say it takes off the limiter

 

the is a lil device i've seen it
it eliminates the govenor and speed limiter
from what the shop owner told me
he has to order it from japan some small time company out there makes it
from what i read on the back of the installation manual
it was compatable
with most earlier to 98 models hondas mostly crx preludes and si few ex's
some toyota's mazdas' and mitsubishi.
