GSR fuel rail
 

anyone know how to get a stud out of the manifold on a GSR with the rail still on it?

its not coming out and ive been fighting with it for a few hours now. the rail is on and the bolt jus keeps spinning and wont come out, ive tried grabbing the stud with pliers and its not working i give up
