gsr turbo

k so I'm just getting into the import scene and i purchased a '96 civic from by buddy. When i got it, the body was in excellent condition but the motor was shot. However it was a shot B18C1 with a t4 turbo. I took it to a well known auto shop immediately so that I can get my car built up. So far I've done a complete rebuild of the engine. I replaced the pistons/rods with low compression pistons/rods and i believe that compression ratio is 9:1. It was re-sleeved and bored out to a 2.0. The cams were flat so i replaced them with high performance cams. I installed a huge front mont intercooler and i also used a hks blow off valve. I needed a new management system so i used the hondata s300. the previous exhaust was fine and i think its 3 or 3 1/2 inches. i replaced the stock brakes with slotted rotors and brembo calipers. i need to change the back drums to disks, does anyone know how to do that or what steps i should take in executing that? last but not least i upgraded the suspension to adjustable coilovers and installed limited slip differentials. i'm around 320 whp and i'm running between 12-15 lbs of boost. any suggestions on what i should do next? what do you guys think? is this a good start?
