H22 or B18C type r?

Ok, so i was planning on doing the B18C type r swap but that swap for everything is going to cost me around 4,500 dollars, not including shipping. I was searching craigslist today and came across this H22 engine with the tranny and the beginning of a turbo build parts for $2,300. for that price I was thinking it might be good for me to do the H22 swap rather than the type r. the H22 has about 50k miles on the engine and is located like a 20 minute drive from my house so i could pick it up and not have to pay shipping cost.

If you were in my situation and this came up, would you stick to the original plan of the type r? or would you go with the H22 for the lower price and local location?

help please :( so confused

oh yeah, forgot here is the link to the H22

if i were to buy the H22 what would I need to get to put it in? the B18 is the full swap and i found a site that told everything needed to install one of those but cant find anything like that for the H22, will also be going from an auto to manual transmission
