Default H22 into EK swap

http://shop.autoparts4honda.com/car_...nes-x_690.html

Is this an actual H22 that I can buy for my Civic Ek to swap or are there other parts that I have to buy to supplement this engine. It says 175.00 for the engine and only 40.00 per cylinder head. Is this for real or am I missing something really obvious ? Are H22's this cheap ? Is this an actual rebuilt engine.

that looks like the h23 because of the cc's its over 2000cc, it is probably just the block, you will need tranny, head, gaskets, ecu, wiring, axles intake system, new exhuast system
