H22a swap
I have a 1997 honda civic ex with a JDM H22A and the LSD 5 speed tranny swap me and a friend just got done put in.
I just have 1 problem.
Some times when shifting gears it dont wanna go in only at high rpm. any one have any ideals on what to do to make it go in gear easy, i am useing 10 30 castrol,

If I'm correct, it's a pretty common h22/civic problem... I think it has something to do with how freakin' big the engine is compared to the civic's engine bay...I'm not sure there's really anything you can do about it
ok hmmm... and my nexted ? is i am about to have to get a new distributor should i pay for the jdm one with the Internal or get a external withthe msd coilfor about the same price?
The stock ignition system on a honda is actually fairly strong. There's no need to go with an external coil.
P.S. your sig pic is way too big. I think the max allowed size is 250x500 pixels but i think you can get away with a little wider as long as the height isn't above 250

if you want under-hood bling, go with the external coil. If you just want function, get an oem one (I doubt the jdm and usdm ignitions are any different, just get a coil for a prelude (Not sure what years.... '90-something to like '98)
