HAMP oil filters?

I stumbled a crossed these green HAMP oil filters while on password jdm's web site. They claim that the filters will increase oil pressure on any Honda engine. Other than being a high quality oil filter what is the use of having higher oil pressure? Will this suddenly turn my D18Y8 into a type-r or am I just wasting my money on a $10 oil filter after shipping?

Definitely waste of money. Get OEM one.

im guessing they are smaller but only slightly. the only real benifit of running more oil pressure is the oil can get into more spaces because of the pressure

Ok thanks thats what I thought, I have also heard of some people putting RSX and S2000 oil filters on there engines (sense they are smaller) to increase there oil pressure. I have heard that with the increase in oil pressure it makes the vtec transition smoother and faster, but for all I know this could be a load of crap.

I use nappa gold filters, I took a FRAM HONDA and NAPPA oil filter, and cut them in half. The nappa was the best quality/filtration.
