Default head internal advise

hello everbody, i have a 93 del slow that i'm currently in the process of overhauling, it's red w/ bondo graphics right now lol but soon to be white. I'm rebuilding a b18 non v-tec right now and will be rebuilding this thing from the bottom up for an all motor + nitrous street car. I just sold my 99 eclipse and will be buying the valvetrain this weekend and want to get the best quality (dyno proven) parts, i'm sending the head off thursday or friday for a port and polish and once i get my 1mmoversized valves in they will bore to correctly match it and also do my 3angle valve job. i know there are parts EVERYWHERE for honda's but want to make sure i'm getting the best possible power out of this engine so i'm looking for advise for valves, springs, retainers, lifters and rockers. i'm using my eclipse money to buy this this weekend. Please let me know what you think.

really as far as the head the only thing that would noticeably effect power would be the cam...as far as other parts like valves and springs...just get good quality parts and do the job right the first time.

as far as brands..crower and egale are good companys to look into.

well i know that titanium valves and springs will cut down on weight and mass so that was the kind of info i was lookin for mostly. as for cams, i'll probably be going with a 262 / 272 combo or 262intake and exhaust. nothing to crazy.

that's what i was looking for. so if i go w/ the :
Supertech valves, springs, and retainers, i'll be good to go? (i'm decently knowleged on engine internals, but moreso on the bottom end) after i order these items all i'll need are my cams, cam gears and my head will be good to go? (other than the obvious intake manifold, port/polish, and tb.)

jus becareful of which cam you choose and which valve you choose.. some cam profiles are too big to use with oversized valves and you could end up spending more money on a new set of valves if your clearences arent right

I would get these springs and retainers:
http://bisimoto.com/wst_page17.html

and get these cams:
http://theoldone.com/components/cams...n_Camshaft.htm

and leave the valves stock. Aftermarket companies have difficultly replicating the quality of design of OEM valves. And oversizing is just a gimmick imo.

:edit: Oh, are you keeping the non-vtec head or not?

actually on the other forum that i'm on, they are telling me it would be wiser to just sell this engine and get this local b16 GSR engine. so i think i'm gonna do that.
