Header Wrap

Default Header Wrap

Im lookin to wrap my header...but before I order any, I was wondering if there was a "Home Depot" solution to header wrap...i mean the material used for header wrap cant be that exclusive..anyone of know if theres any alternatives? or what matieral header wrap is made of?

none that i know of....
header wrap has to be flexable and hold alot of heat!

Probably wont find a convenient size & shape, it wont be cheap,& you still have to figure out how to hold it in place.

holding it in place is very easy with some band clamps. ive seen some really small crimp clamps that are for header wrap ya just have to hold it at each end.

Most of the best insulation is kinda like wool. You have to cover it with some sort of high-temperature fabric.
