HELP ASAP!

Hey guys im in a binc bad. im nearly done with my motor putting my starter in now and it wont line up in the housing now. same tranny and starter that came off. is it possible i put my flywheel on wrong? btw its a 98 hx tranny

NM guys theres a bolt with a spring under the starter that came loose and prevented the starter from bolting up ok now
