Help with B18 swap in a 96 civic.

Ok well one of my friends has a 96 civic with a b18 swap, the swap was poorly done, but the major problem I was trying to fix was that his engine fell out of his car!! due to the driver mount came loose so I heli coiled it to try and fix it however it happened again, I used tread locker on the bolts but it still came out lose, so please help! another thing I was noticing and it is missing the two front vibration mounts IDK if the help in any was to hold the engine, please tell me off of what car do I need these mounts?

This is what Im talking about, the go under the ac and are visible from the under body by the fender cover, the car Im talking about is missing them, would it cause it to drop the engine due to vibration??

Pictures or it never happened. Id hate to see the damage that could happen when you run over your engine... unless the car was conveniently not moving.
