HELP on engine swap

Hey, i have a 2001 honda civic that i just completed and im starting a new project. im only 16 so im fairly new to the game. I'm about to buy a 1998 honda civic ex. The 98' needs a new engine, So what is the BEST engine w/turbo that i can buy/build for this car??? thanx

GSR block with SiR-II head, ITR tranny, GSR intake cam, ITR exhaust cam.
