Ok I just picked up this 1995 civic. I don't know much about it other then it has a motor swap. With what motor I do not know. If you know feel free to tell me. Ok it's got some kind of turbo kit on it looks to me from eBay EMUSA kit just a hunch if you know more help please. Ok it has some kind of ecm flash I think and it will not run over 4000rpm then if you drive it for a time it will clear up. I got no idea what is wrong with it as this is my first Honda. I have to make this car my dd and I know it needs lots of work if you can help in any way I thank you
