also, id check the C/R with those pistons. make sure it doesnt go over about 11:1 or youll have detonation problems on hot days.

You will need to tap the oil line for V-Tec, by tapping off the oil pressure sensor off the block and for the head there is a plug on the back of the head use that. They sell the braided hoses and fitting at any hardware store. Use your B16 oil pump, water pump . Word of advice use a Gsr crank, cause its a stroker crank stock, The LS crank will not really handle the rpms , youll spin bearings all day.. Stock LS rods, B16 pistons are a good choice. But with doing the Oem Ls Vtec setup, just adding the head will bump your compression a bunch with just putting on the head on the stock LS block cause of the chamber in the B16 head. So your actual compression might 12:1 with that setup and with the right fuel setup and computer it wii not be tuned right on pump gas. There is a lot to say just giving you insight on what is to offer. TY

Just use Premium gas and you'll never have that problem.

As long as you tune it... it's all in the tuning.

that depends on where youre at, if you run higher than that on crappy cali 91 octane then to tune it you will have to pull the timing back too much, its not really worth it.
