Search function on the top of the page man. Also search yahoo.com or google. I/H/E (intake header and exhaust) are really easy to do yourself, you wont need to pay a mechanic as long as your willing to get your hands dirty. Good luck!

Well theres always eBay and then a good name brand

Cold air intake: AEM, eBay - easy as hell to install

Header: DC, eBay - little harder to install

Exhaust: Skunks, Apexi, GReddy and lots more - harder than the first two to install

The install part all depends on how much you know about the parts and the car, im sure you can search the net for full walkthroughs.

For the vtec thing, its called a mini-me and youd have to swap out your engines head with a vtec head. Heres a great link...

you have one header, not headers. so that will save you money off the bat, you only need one. I/H/E, should run you no more then 1,000 for your car. it was 1k for mine. i like injen CAI, DC sport header, however for you i'd look at megan racing header, and i personally love the skunk2 catback. that setup sounds retarded loud and nice on my car, and i get comments daily on it. even muscle car ppl, say. "that sounds nice, for a civic i mean", " real nice"

Well, for the vtec part. You can do what's called a "mini-me" head swap. Search that up on google, there's a ton of articles and write ups. Good luck.
