RE: high end or low end
Depends on how you drive, really. If you drive it around above about 3,500 most of the time (like I do) then high end is for you. But if you usually keep your rpms pretty tame, the low end is where you're going to want more oomph.

RE: high end or low end
yes, high end low end is all about rpms..low end is i think a favorite over high end but its all on how u drive
|
RE: high end or low end
and how long u want ure car, if ure driving daily over 4000 its going to obvoiusly be harder on ure engine

RE: high end or low end
good thing to point out

RE: high end or low end
Actually, the midrange engine speeds (~2,500 - 4,000) are the best places to drive any small displacement I4. If you start digging down too far below that, you're actually putting more wear on the engine than you think, and the reduced oil pressure can cause even more wear issues. Basically, keep it out of the mud and your engine longetivity will increase dramatically.

RE: high end or low end
i did say above 4000 :D

RE: high end or low end
Well, driving 4,002 isn't going to make a difference. And I consider that conservative even, but my Civ differs a lot from his, so basically, what ever you're comfortable with, just try to keep it up.
