high performance spark plug wires?????

I got some 9.5 mm obx hig performance spark plug wires with ground for my 95 civic si and it made my car run like crap. My car started putting bad, then is idled all bad, then it died. I had to put my stock ones back on. Then a friend told me to use ngk 7 mm plug wires. Think those will work good?

just stick with Honda ones. hondas are known for having strong factory ignitions, except the ICM (igniter). new stock ones will give at least as much power as aftermarket ones, unless you are running a meaty FI or REALLY high compression setup.

ignition isnt really that big of a deal until after you get a ton of other mods done to your engine. it could help you get that last 3/10ths of your goal HP. but ignition timing may need to be adjusted beforehand

the quad tip plugs dont really do anything. the only thing you need to know is what heat range and gap.

yeah, stick with good old copper NGKs, or maybe some Bosch or NGK Platinums. in a DOHC VTEC, i would stick with Plats.
