How safe is it to bore a z6?

When my motor gets here I'm going to go ahead and strip it and have everything bored/honed, etc. I know the stock d-deries sleeves arent meant to be bored much. I'm going to use 75.5mm vitatas for my build. Vitaras need a bigger piston to wall clearence that some other pistons due to the fact they expand when they get hot. On H-T its generally suggestd that you need about .001 for every 100hp that you are making. So, I plan on using .0035 PTWC (piston to wall clearence) clearence. So after the increased piston size and ptwc I'm looking at a 75.588899... cylender bore. This is 2.975935 iches which will be a .0231849 overbore from stock. (I know cylender bores arent that exact) Is that a safe bore size over stock for a z6? The info will be very helpful to me and anyone that does a vitara build in the future. Thanks for anyone that has some info

.004 is a perfect size for your piston to wall clearence. You can bore a z6 out to a 76mm safetly.

So, I'm looking at a 75.504mm bore, correct?

something like that, your gonna have to measure each piston because they arnt dead accurate to each other and each piston will be cordinaded to a certain bore
