hyundai dealer stripped are air box screws

So I told my Wife to take our Civic to the Ford/Hyundai Quick Lube center to have oil changed in our Civic. I go there because I've always taken my truck, they seem reputable, and get me in and out the door pretty fast. Well, one of the techs must have taken off the Air box for the air filter, and when he/she put it back on, it's almost like they used an air tool to tighten the nuts back down for the air box, because every damn one of them is stripped now. What can I do to fix it, if they say we are out of luck.

thank you [:@]

You're not out of luck because it is, as you claim, their doing.
So take it back to them and let them know the damage that they did. You should have taken it to them as soon as you discovered this, not complained to the forum.
Time is not your friend with mechanics.
They tend to say, "Well, you picked up your car yesterday, so in the past 24 hours how do we know it's not somethingYOU did".
Whenever ANY mechanic is done doing ANY work on my car I am sure to check everything over. It's not that I do not trust them. It is just that if they were to make some type of mistake (people are human and make mistakes sometimes) and cause damage to my car, then I call them on it and have them fix it.
