I was listening lol everyone said boost it, but I decided to not boost it and keep it na and took in the suggestion for a B18C1 swap.

just stick with b16 u'll like just add type r cams,cam gears,headers, cold air intake, exhaust, and a hondata 4 ecu, and a good tuning,u will be happy with it cuz b16 has top end.

a JDM b16a is no different from a USDM b16a.
If I'm correct, the compression is slightly higher in the JDM version, but I could be wrong.

There's a difference of 5-10whp everywhere to be had with the LS crank vs. GSR crank. I'm not sure what the differencewould befor B18 vs. B20 bore though.The motor won't last as long with a B18A/B/B20 block, esp at high rpm use. The big N/A boys use ITR or GSR blocks forbetter oiling, and put LS (or custom forged) cranks in them. Even these motors last ~1 racing season. Just depends what you need the motor for. If it's your daily and you want it to last a while just don't set the bar too high for the motor you want to build. All motor options discussed here are fine within their proper limitations, and with the proper work done to them.
