i need help

i have a 1.6L SOHC NON v-tec and i wanna convert it to a SOHC v-tec.. ok i have a stock D16Y7.. i want to kno wha else i need... so far i have:

- Honda 1.6 Vtec Cylinder Head from a 97 civic ex

- p28 ECU from a 1995 Honda Civic Ex 5 speed 1.6 vtec (d16z6)

- 93 civic ex intake manifod

wha else do i need?
