i'm doin an interga front end conversion on my 96 dx hatchback and i would also like to do an engine swap aswell nothin major something i could call a local junk yard and go and pull out my self. what would u guys suggest

Its not going to be easy to just go to a junk yard and find a honda motor.. How much are you looking to spend on the swap?

 

Keep your eyes open for a B18C5 or a K20!

You might be able to find an LS B18B for around a grand without installation. MAYBE? It's nothing special but it's good for a claimed 140 horses. But it's more torquey than a single cammer.

 

If you can find anything for under 700, much less in a junkyard, youve got my respect. Word of caution though, junkyard stuff is nearly impossible to find for Hondas, expecially in big cities. Everyone has one, so everyone is looking for cheap parts.

 

hey hey b18b rock if you boost them they can handle a good amount of psi plus there great motors. umm if you go all motor go with a b18c1 or a b16a2 a k20 swap is to much of work and money

 

screw the K20. thats too much time and money for the outcome. GSR is where its at. 2700 on sunrisejdm
