ignition control???
 

i was wondering where the ignition control is on a 1999 honda civic ex d16y8. supposely i have a short or a burn in it.. i was just wondering where its at. if n e one has any info or knows where its at plz reply.

im assuming your speaking of the ignitor box. if so it is located in your distributor and has 4 female spade terminals on it.

da price wuld be not much........u culd actuly do it urself sinc is ez n all.......sorry had to just for forty;)



changing the ignitor box isnt hard at all. remove the distributor cap, and the ignitor is there. 3 screws and 4 wires and your done.
