H23A1 basic specs:

160 hp @ 5,800 rpm
156 lb/ft @ 4,500 rpm

Out of a 4th gen Prelude, I believe.
Displacement = 2258
Compression Ratio = 9.8:1

and Kappa gave you the HP/Torque

H22A would be a better gamble. though i believe you could put in the H23 and put on the H22A head, so you have the torque of the H23 and the VTEC of the H22

ah...didnt catch that one. still...he should throw the H22 head on there :p
