Intake Manifold

I am looking to buy an intake manifold to get some more HP, can anyone recommend a good one to get or if anyone has a link to one at a website?

RE: Intake Manifold

skunk 2
venom
BBK
Edelbrock

are all good ones, i would also recomend picking up a throttle body as well to top the package off as much power it will get, you can also use your stock throttle body if you dont have to much cash... skunk 2 will be the cheapest around 250 bucks

Your stock intake manifold is fine, no need to change it unless you have extensive mods

i would get an exhaust system, headers, and a cold air intake first before an intake manifold

+2 skunk2

I would recomoned on doing everthing else first. I.E. Header intake and exhaust. Also about the same time you do a either cam shaft or all ur fuel compents.

what do you consider "extensive mods"?[&:]

I think a I/H/E would be sufficient enough to tell him to go ahead and get a manifold...
be sure to get a throttle body too, you won't regret it. :)

Somebody asked the same question last week and in the end it was agreed that a cam would be a better alternative than a skunk2 mani. The reason was given that the stock mani flows very well, so money was better spent on an uprated cam for a better gain. Or just get both for a really nice power hike. Just thought I would clear it up incase any arguments start.
