itg cam yupgrade, whats needed?
 
ive got some integra type r cams for my, b16a sir 96 engine, will i need any additional items to put them in or are they a straight swap for mine?

they are a direct replacement and can be used as is if im not mistaken

they will bolt in, but the exhaust cam is a bit too big to safely use with the stock valvesprings. you need dual valvesprings for type r cams, which the intake ones are stock, but youll need to add the stock innners to your exhaust side as well. but in the meantime, you can drop in the intake cam with no further ado, for a very respectable gain.

they will be a little more powerful on paper but i dont think your goin to notice a big difference... maybe vtec being a little louder, you wont really notice a difference until you add boost IMO

I just put in an intake cam, and its very noticeable. and i know with some tuning, it will get even better.
