Default JDM D15B

hey everyone how are your holidays going if your on any[8D], anyways I think im going to do the JDM D15B swap instead of the mini-me build. My question is what is the best d-series tranny to combine with this engine? What trans does a JDM D15B come with anyways? I have found an engine I like with low km on it and plan on eventually turboing it, as my d15b7 is tired and old with 185000km on it. Thanks

damn! mine runs good still, really good its just slow for my liking now. Hey fiirkan, is yours a d15b7? Have you done anything to your civic engine/exhaust wise or is it just stock. Thats why I feel guilty if I swap, its low km on the engine and no problems with it just like yours. Im thinking of selling it here in the new year while t school in calgary, and then buying something else with ac, mabey another honda.

Yeah it's an AEM Dryflow, and the WS2 is good but i have 2 bones to pick right now, 1) it makes a wierd humming noise everynow and then, and i don't know why, and 2) it keeps hitting the mounting poing for the trailing arm and drives me nuts, but that is more so cause the cat i have now is shorter then my old one[:@]

Honestly though man, if you want more power, just swap i wasn't saying to not swap, just that you said your car had alot of km's on it when it doesn't lol. once i get the money i'm planning on swapping, more so cause i want a manual again. but i figure if i pull the tranny and motor i may as well put something good in place
