JDM engines

are the any differences in installing a Jap spec'd motor vs. american spec'd
I allready know that they're better for hp I'm only asking about Installation

i think that differences are:

1) JDM have more power on tap
2) JDM have less miles (japanese drivers usually get a new car after 30k or so miles)
3) JDM are more expensive
4) JDM are harder to come by

but JDM engines are usually better than their USDM counterparts

correct me if im wrong, but i always though JDM parts fit the same, and were installed the same, but were just made of better parts

the only problem i had from it being jdm was the vtec solenoid didnt have a sensor i needed, so i used the one off of my b16, and the wires were backwards. i had to stretch the harness to the other side of the bay, but it plugs in, its just tight.
